Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel anytime through Settings → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No auto-renewal after cancellation.
Is there a refund policy?+
Yes. Within the first 14 days of your first purchase, if you've generated fewer than 3 plans, we refund the full amount. See the Refund page for details.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?+
You can keep using Peco the next day — limits reset at midnight UTC. If you regularly hit them, upgrading to a higher tier unlocks more.
Do you train AI on my data?+
No. Your chat content goes to Anthropic's Claude API in zero-data-retention mode — Anthropic does not train on API data. Your plans stay in your browser and (if you sign in) in our EU-region Supabase database.
Can I use Peco without signing up?+
Yes — Free tier works without an account. Sign in only when you want to sync your plans across devices or upgrade.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude.ai?+
Peco is a structured coaching system, not a blank chat. You get a 60-day task plan, a personalised knowledge book, on-demand mini-tools (cold-email composer, pricing calculator, etc.), and a coach that already knows your business context.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant — we never see your card details.
Can I switch tiers?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings → Manage subscription. Pro-rated billing handled automatically by Stripe.
